Does Lumera sell direct?
Lumera Solar does not sell direct to end users. Since our products integrate with other equipment like batteries and controllers, Lumera focuses on supplying our partnered dealers with solar modules. Our dealers are experts at solar systems and can assist with the full package required for most applications.
Does our panel wattage rating include the bifacial gain?
Lumera rates our panels based on frontside power production at standard. Any bifacial gain is additional to the frontside rating, which can be up to 30% more energy!
Why 12V and 24V?
Common nominal voltage ratings are utilized in Lumera’s lineup. 12V simply means the module is designed to produce a lower voltage and higher current, usually around 18V under power. 24V likewise produces around 36V under power, at a lower current.
