Return Policy

Lumera Solar Inc is pleased to offer a 25 year power output warranty. We offer a replacement or scaled credit depending on the age of the product. 

For items purchased from our online store, we offer a 30 day return window where the buyer pays return shipping in original packaging. Should the product be defective, we will reimburse the buyer for shipping cost and replace the product. 

We do not share any personal shipping addresses with anyone except the required shipping channels. Our payment processor Stripe has their own privacy policy which you can read here.
